Test Room / waiting area

 The basic comforts like a neat and professional air conditioned space, and the latest technology to be used for the test have been provided in the centre. Extra care has also been taken to in still a quiet and serene ambience in which a candidate can take the test, uninterrupted and in complete peace. There is a cafeteria in the hotel which can be accessed by the waiting candidates or the accompanying relatives, friends.

Location and Building

Testing centre is provided with ample space around the testing area for candidate to walk around and refresh themselves before or during break. As the centre is situated 5 minute walk from NH 8. Adequate parking and/or access to public transportation is available. Metro station would also be approx 10 minutes away once ready.

Parking and Transportation

Ample parking is available. Candidates are welcome to ask the assistant test administrator for phone no for any local cab service number if required.

Accessibility

We have the test room on the ground floor for easy access for a person with any disability.

Bathroom/Restroom

Convenient access to a washroom/toilet facility, within the premises is provided for easy access for the candidate.

Check-In Area

A separate area is allocated for check-in but near to the Testing Room. Only candidates are allowed in the check in area.

Seating

Adequate seating for waiting candidates.

Workspace/Desk

Workspace or desk for TA, Administrator Workstation, and biometric equipment (signature pad, fingerprint pad, and digital camera).

Storage Lockers

One locker per Delivery Workstations for storage of personal belongings are provided to the candidate. Each locker with its own key will be provided to candidate.

Monitor

19" TFT wide screen monitor are provided on all work stations.

Sound proof

Extra care has also been taken to in still a quiet and serene ambience in which a candidate can take the test, uninterrupted and in complete peace. In spite if one requires a heavier sound proofing, we provide ear plugs on request to our candidates.

Equipment

We provide laser Printer, scanner, telephone, copiers, at our centre if required by the candidates in case of emergency.

Dedicated

All stations are total dedicated for testing only. Hence all machine have Anti-Virus Software Installed, enabled, and regularly updated on all machine so no problem arises while test sessions are in progress.

Workstation area

Each Delivery Work station are placed on a flat, clean workspace with no obstructions overhead or underneath.

Chairs

Comfortable, top of the line height-adjustable, office-style chair are provided at each workstation.

Power Supply

Centre has 100 % power back up with APC UPS and 83 KVA Generator to take care of any back up power required.
